Yoga Nidra - I have been practicing yoga since 1972, teaching within meditation groups, womens' circles and shamanic gatherings for over 30 years.
I love the profound opportunity for deep rest and release that Yoga Nidra brings – a room between rooms, the liminal space between sleep and awake where we can slip into sublime relaxation, re-setting our circadian rhythms, creating space and calm within the context of our busy lives. I welcome all ages, no experience necessary, just come, drop in, dive down and let go.
