Arrivals are on the first day of camp. Voice Camp and Dancing Spirit Camp have two Arrivals Days, Saturday and Sunday.
Working ticket holders for Voice Camp and Dancing Spirit Camp can arrive before the camp start date as agreed by their team leader
We have a no visitors policy. See our policy on children here. Those giving lifts must depart on the same day. Pick up from the main camping field is only allowed on the Leaving Day
The site has basic facilities and uneven ground and may not be suitable for all mobility and accessibility needs. Please see here
A refund may be requested at any time. A £10 admin charge will apply.
We are an alcohol and illegal drugs free event. Please ensure your teenagers and young people are aware of this rule
The named responsible adult is responsible for their children at all times and for ensuring they are adhering to the camp rules and ethos
We have no animals on site except guide dogs
We do not allow late night noise, electronic or amplified music
There is no use of mobile phones or other devices within sight or hearing of others. There are no charging facilities on camp
All non recyclable waste must be taken home at the end of the camp
All cars must be removed to the car park before sundown on first Sunday of camp
We encourage all those who can to camp in a tent. If you have a live in vehicle you may: keep it in the car park area and use a day tent in your circle in the main Somerset field, park as part of a circle in the second Wiltshire field or park discreetly by a hedge. Use awnings and covers if possible to camouflage your vehicle
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the camps
Please assess your need for insurance and cover yourself accordingly. The camp does not provide cover for participants
