Dakini Warrior

I am a seeker on the path of the heart, a dance leader, and a senior mentor teacher within the sacred lineages of the Dances of Universal Peace and Sufi Ruhaniat International. Born in Estonia, I now live in the UK and travel widely to share the dances and the message of Universal Sufism around the world.

I first encountered the Dances of Universal Peace in the 1990s and began leading regular dance groups in Eastern Europe in 1995. A deep love for the Dances and the Sufi path inspired me to establish a dance camp in Estonia (2001) and later a Sufi camp in Scotland (2012).

Over the years, I have served the Dances of Universal Peace (DUP) organisations in the UK and internationally in various roles, and currently serve on both the DUP International Ethics Council and the Guidance Council.

After walking the Sufi path with Saadi Neil Douglas-Klotz for ten years, I have, for the past twenty years, been guided and supported on this ever-unfolding journey by Pir Shabda Kahn. With reverence and humility, I also offer spiritual guidance to fellow seekers, primarily in Europe.

Another profound influence in my life has been my connection with Tibetan Buddhism. During my years at the Findhorn Foundation in the 1990s and 2000s, I spent extended periods in Nepal, Tibet, and India, where I met many precious lamas and “virtuous friends.” In 2005, I co-founded a Buddhist retreat centre at Findhorn. These teachers – especially Lama Zopa Rinpoche – continue to inspire and guide me deeply.

Having worked professionally with children and teenagers throughout my life, I also feel called to support young people at various dance camps in the UK and Aotearoa.
