If you have bought a ticket and are unable to attend the camp you may carry over your ticket to another camp within a 12 month period.
A refund is available for a cancellation made up to 21 days before the camp starts. A 10% charge is made to cover admin costs charged by Bookwhen and Paypal.

If you have difficulty sleeping in a tent, nearby Stowford Manor Farm do B&B, with 6 double/twin rooms. Please contact Philip and Catherine Bryant 01225-752253 stowford1@supanet.com. The farmhouse is 10 minutes walk from the camp site. Bring a small tent if you can for storage and to be part of a camping circle
